P90X 1 on 1 UBX

This months P90X 1 on 1 is UBX - Upper Body Extreme! Ok first you will need to get 4 sturdy medicine balls to balance on. Maybe a balance ball. Dumb Bells and/or Resistance bands. This workout Tony is woring on Core, Shoulders, Triceps. And let me tell you trying to do pushups on medicine balls is NOT easy. I actually used a couple of basketballs. I can tell my balance and shoulder strength are building quickly.  Strip Down Shoulder Presses and the Scarecrow Presses were a couple of my favorites.  Very tough, but fun. Looking forward to the torture when P90X:MC2 comes out.
