Why Should I buy that program from you?

I have been asked this question a few times. “Why should I buy that program from you? I can get it on the this TV, download it or this other program.” Well, the answer is pretty simple. You don’t get a FREE Beachbody Coach to support you, motivate you and help you succeed. Have you started a program like P90X or Insanity and quit? Why did you quit? Too hard? Lost interest? Forgot why you wanted to start it in the first place? I’m here to help you. If you want to succeed in your fitness goals, let’s figure our your WHY, your Goals and your Game Plan. Send me a message, text, call and see what we can do together as a team!

P90X2 Core Week 1/Day1 Short Video

Here is a short video of me doing P90X 2 X2 core- It's a lot of balance moves. I should improve next week. This week I'm just trying to get used to the sequence of the moves. I have done most of them in Tony's P90X 1on1 program, but the speed has picked way up and the sequence is different. I love the stability ball warm up and also the use of the foam roller to loosen up the muscles.

Stengthen you abs

Do your ab exercises at the beginning of your workout if you can't pass this test: Sit with your feet flat on the floor and your legs bent—as if you had just performed a situp. Then place your fingers behind your ears with your elbows pulled back. Lower yourself to the floor as slowly as possible. If it doesn't take at least 5 seconds, you need to prioritize your abdominal training
