P90X2 Core Week 1/Day1 Short Video

Here is a short video of me doing P90X 2 X2 core- It's a lot of balance moves. I should improve next week. This week I'm just trying to get used to the sequence of the moves. I have done most of them in Tony's P90X 1on1 program, but the speed has picked way up and the sequence is different. I love the stability ball warm up and also the use of the foam roller to loosen up the muscles.
